This is a free programme that helps small businesses explore the advantages that digitalisation offers.

You may be eligible if: 

• You are a small to medium business
• You employ up to 50 people 
• You operate in the commercial sphere
• You have been operating for at least 6 months
• You are a solvent enterprise, as demonstrated by financial statements

Eligibility is subject to terms and conditions

Time with a Digital consultant who will provide analysis of existing digital systems in the business to identify potential gaps in meeting business needs.

• Recommendations for improving existing systems and integrating new solutions  
• Participating businesses may also be eligible for the Grow Digital Voucher (up to €5,000) to assist in the implementation costs of the recommendations identified  

Reducing operating costs and increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations

• Integrating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to improve customer service
• Enhance insight into business performance to assist the decision-making process
