    Office of the Ombudsman

From 1st May 2013, the Office of the Ombudsman and the Office of the Ombudsman for Children have been empowered to examine complaints arising from ‘any action taken on or on behalf of National Enterprise Hub in the performance of administrative functions’ where the action occurred after that date.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is designed to give individuals more control over their personal data. Enterprise Ireland became subject to the GDPR on the 25th of May 2018, replacing the existing data protection framework under the EU Data Protection Directive.
