You may be eligible if:

• You are an individual applicant or company

• You must be the owner, leaseholder or joint manager of the land at the time of the application.

• The scheme offers significant financial support to help cover the costs of implementing sustainable forest management practices. 
• Overall, the WIS offers a combination of financial incentives and support structures to help you manage your woodland for both timber production and environmental well-being.

Funding can be used to assist in the maintenance of the woodland to make for a healthier and more balanced environment.
