Develop your Site Strategic Plan

This programme provides consultancy support to help companies develop a strategic plan for the site that includes or specifically focuses on digitalisation, innovation, talent development and sustainability.

Who is it for?

You may be eligible if you are:

  • IDA client companies that need to build a strategic plan (including digital transformation)  and value proposition for the Irish site. 

What do you get?

50% of the investment to a maximum of €300,000 for consultancy to work with leadership team on the development of a strategy / digital transformation programme or the site.

What can it be used for?

Develop strategic direction, respond to high risk situations, develop a digital and sustainable transformation plan
