Apply Lean practices to improve operational effectiveness

Businesses that want to put new processes in place to improve company productivity and reduce inefficiency.

You may be eligible if: 

• You are an existing Enterprise Ireland (EI) client 
• You are a potential EI client operating a small to medium business
• You have already completed LeanStart 

Eligibility is subject to terms and conditions.

• 50% of the eligible project costs up to a maximum grant of €50,000 grant
• Projects are typically 6-9 months

• Supporting Lean projects such as reducing costs, increasing the speed of delivery or production, or improving quality control 
• Hiring an external Lean service provider to guide you on the project
• Covering part of the salary cost for up to 10 staff members working as part of the Lean project team
