Who is it for?

Businesses that want to prepare a plan so they can continue to operate in difficult times.

You may be eligible if:

You are an existing Enterprise Ireland (EI) client
You are a potential EI client operating a small to medium business
You are actively trading and engaged in certain eligible activities, and have been impacted by business disruption

Eligibility is subject to terms and conditions.

What do you get?

Up to €5,000 worth of time with external consultant experts in areas such as finance, staff management, operations, and marketing
Employee travel expenses may also be covered

What can it be used for?

Researching new opportunities for your business to explore as the market changes
Carrying out a full review of pricing, warehousing, suppliers and distribution
Planning for challenges in the market in the next 2-3 years
